When the Sultan Jewelry Factory relocated their facility from Waikiki to the Airport area, they selected The Harris Company to manage the construction of the new facility. A jewelry factory has many specialized operations:

• Furnaces which facilitate Melting metals
• Flues to the roof to evacuate fumes
• Baths to collect precious metals ground off in the forging of the jewelry
• Security

Despite a very compressed schedule, and new machinery and equipment added to operations, The Harris Company completed the project on-time, within budget, and without litigation.
