A partnership between local developer Jimmy Wong and mainland interests developed this facility for their portfolio. Rigid Campbell Estate guidelines in Kapolei dictated roofing style and exterior finishes.

The Harris Company was selected to act as Construction Manager, entering the project during the conceptual design phase. The Company provided:

• Conceptual estimates during the design
• Direction to the Architect to bring the design to budget
• A select list of bidders
• Management of the construction during the building phase
